Employee messaging to one or all.
ClockMANAGER supports email, SMS (text), time clock, mobile clock and web clock employee messaging. Our supervisor dashboard allows you to email, text, or message-at-the-clock any employee with the click of your mouse. The supervisor can instantly or schedule to send messages to groups, departments or individuals when they clock in. There’s messaging confirmation so that you know first, that someone read your message, and second, when your message was read. You can review all messages for individuals, departments and groups. Plus your history is saved in the system to validate that target message.

ClockMANAGER affords you control. Your employees will experience the software however you want. Administrators can hide entire sections of the software or information as small as by individual field. You set read / write permissions by department, group, position, and employee for the ultimate in flexibility.

That way, if you call Departments something else like Business Units, you can ensure your time and attendance software matches the terminology your company uses.
Time off approvals at your fingertips.
ClockMANAGER allows users to view, add, edit, approve, and deny employee time off requests. Time off requests can be submitted by the individual, or created by the supervisor in any leave code(s) that the employee may have access to. Once a requested time off segment has been entered, users with proper permissions can approve or deny the request.
Easy approval at every level.
Employees get a centralized management console that administrators customize by group, department, position, employee, and more. With access to only the information you consider appropriate. A request could require approval from a shift/team supervisor (level 1), department manager (level 2), and an executive or HR representative (level 3). The approval levels can be configured on a per-employee basis.
Monitor scheduling with alerts.
Alerts can also be configured to provide appropriate supervisors email notifications of pending time off requests. When approved or rejected, the time off request engine can be configured to send an email to the employee with notification. When approved, a meeting invitation can be automatically included with the email notification to add the time off to applicable supervisors’ and the employee’s calendar.
Clocking control with grace periods, rounding rules.
With our time and attendance software, you can control when your employees are allowed to clock in and out. You can restrict punches by time of day, employee schedule, location, and more to control payroll and reduce overtime costs. Punch grace periods and rounding rules can also be implemented quickly and easily to achieve a consistent application of time, attendance, and pay rules.

We have been using HR Compliance Team since July 2017. It was an amazingly easy system to set up and use. The support through set up and implementation was proactive and professional. The system has been working flawlessly since we got it up and running. The system and the reports are easy to use. Today the clock went down and we had to contact HR Compliance Team. our call was answered on the first ring and the tech, Marissa Swols, assured me that she would have me up and running again as soon as she could. She had me try some resets that didn’t solve the problem so she said she would have to do some things on her end to fix the problem. I expressed my concern that I couldn’t be down for a long period of time and she assured me that she would make it a priority and be back to me soon. I asked if soon meant hours or days. She professionally assured me it shouldn’t take more than an hour or so. In about exactly and hour she was back on the phone with me and had two other tech persons in on the conference call. After checking out my computer network, adjusting the connection link to their server and resetting my clcok from their end we were up and running – in less than 15 minutes. Wow! HR Compliance Team staff really know their stuff and prove their claim that every customer is important. customer service is as good as they claimed in their presentation to me back in July 2017. Seabreeze Park has had 500 summer employees on HR Compliance Team’s hosted service. HR Compliance Team’s developers, working closely with our Tech Department and end users, have deployed a timekeeping application that runs on Cloud and Mobile. This application is ideally suited to recording employee time in situations where the standard fixed location timeclock, or even a computer to punch in/out on, are not practical. Punches are entered directly by the supervisor, eliminating the need for verification of punches at the end of the day.
We use WebClock, ClockManager, and the Mobile application to perform wireless clock in/out transactions, log and monitor employee hours, and ultimately interface with our payroll package, Sage Abra.
The user interface is easy to use, which means minimal training time. The software has significantly reduced the amount of time our managers spend tracking employee hours, allowing them to focus on managing and improving customer service. HR Compliance Team performs routine updates and maintenance on their servers with little downtime. Furthermore, they continue to upgrade the software with new feature enhancements. HR Compliance Team has responded to our requests for changes – especially for features that will benefit their customer base.
Responsive customer service by phone and email keep us up to date, and provide a sense of security and trust in the products they sell. We are looking forward to exploring new uses for the timekeeping system (such as automatic scheduling), and our continued relationship with HR Compliance Team.
